Recruitment strategy

Our recruitment process starts with creating an overall strategy where we want to identify the key requirements you have. We do this by building an Ideal Candidate Profile together with you.

From there we will start the initial screening of candidates and assessing first interviews.


Artificial intelligence and
video analysis

After completing the first interview, our data analysts will be screening the interview performance using AI.
This allows us to evaluate everything in depth and make sure both the hard and soft skills of the candidate meet your needs.


Sales assessment

After receiving the AI generated results, selected candidates pass to sales assessment. At this stage they go through comparison models and assignments. Selected candidates will move on to the 2nd interview conducted by you.


Feedback and 3rd interview

Throughout the process you will always stay informed, but we also make sure to keep the candidates updated with the progress, reflecting greatly on your brand.

We can serve as a 2nd opinion during the upcoming interviews you have with the selected candidates.
